A rural hospital in northwestern Washington with an opening for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team.

About the Position:

• Level 4 trauma center
• Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-5p or 4x 10-hour shifts
• Call over the phone, 1:9
• Daily Volume: 15 patients
• Will work independently with some supervision
• EMR: AthenaHealth
• Must be board-certified & ACLS
• Competitive base salary

QUALIFICATIONS

• ​​​Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered NP or PA Washington state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited PA or NP program
• One year of work experience as Emergency Medicine NP or PA
• One year of Athena Health EMR experience
• Board Certified

• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
